Dan Grimes - Director
Winslade Landscapes was founded by Dan in 2015 after 15 years in working in the landscaping industry.
Throughout his career Dan has specialised in both hard and soft landscaping for big commercial projects and local garden renovations.
Dan has a passion for creating client's visions for their outdoor spaces into a reality.
Outside of landscaping Dan tries to squeeze in some time in the air after competing his private pilots licence in 2024.
Nikki Kelly Grimes - Director
In 2020, after having children Nikki decided to leave her exciting job in the travel industry to join Dan at Winslade.
Nikki is an integral part of the team not only managing the admin, book-keeping, HR and general office tasks but also helping out on-site if needed.
Nick Randall – Operations Manager
Nick joined the Winslade management team in 2024 after working both for himself and for various landscape contractors since he started landscaping over 20 years ago.
Nick is responsible for organising the teams onsite and making sure each project is run smoothly and efficiently.
